a 'Mission Style' inspired southwestern home with 19 handcrafted arches.

No. 2 Garden Way: Peaches & Cream Turret Home

multiple intriguing spaces. The stair turret also offered a chance to provide
excitement & focus to the exterior expression.

No. 5 Garden Way: Barn Home
This home is the inital focal point of the Garden Hills community in that it was
created from an outstanding 90+ year old livestock barn orginally built by its

upper level (alias "hay loft") with some of the orginal beam & column exposed.
The lower level (horse/cattle stalls) was converted into bedroom level with the

glass area to the rear, passive/active solar panels to heat specific aras of
the home, radient heated main floor areas, hot water solar heated, R-foil
95% florescent lighting & more. With all these innovations the architect has
been able to incorporate a high degree of architecturally exciting spaces.
