Mozen, etc. a custom architect/builder. Mozen specializes in unique solutions for use in the
built space. Integrateing energy efficient solutions into every design solution. Over the years
Mozen has primarily been a ‘Spec/Custom’ builder in that they find a niche and design around
the needs of that market. Primarily, Mozen has been involved in residential design/build;
commercial & institutional projects with great success. Most of Mozen work prior to 2000 was
performed in the Atlanta area of Georgia even though some architectural-only clients have
stretched from Montreal to Half Moon Bay in California.

In the residential arena, Mozen,etc.- Design/Build has designed & built over 150 different homes
and only repeating 1 over 30+ years. Below are listed the varied construction types we have

Most of my ‘Built-For-Sale’ is marketed in-house, even though Realtor sales are welcome.

My architectural services are Fee based or Cost per square foot based. If incorporated into a Design/Build Agreement, the architectural fee may be slightly reduced. Mozen, etc. chooses to only to participate in construction projects that are local to the NE Tennessee area. Architectural Services are available out of
this area pending client’s needs.
